    So it seems there is a midjourney api, available to 3rd party developers. This is quite intriguing as midjourney seemed to never have anything on an api at all! The overall quality of this api seems pretty decent and works in practice. I wonder how the Leo api will compare when enterprise is released

    @Admin1
    One provider thenextleg.io state its $40 a month management fee, with MJ subscription paid separately!

    Midjourneybyapi.cloud say $20 for 210 images
    picogen.io are $20 for 2000 credits, but generating 4images uses 16 credits

    So its not cheap.

    There are developers offering own built MJ API that webscrapes the Discord bot, for around $700

    Or there are free ones on github ... havent tried them though

    @sussex it almost seems like midjourney would see huge success with releasing their own official api, if people are willing to pay $700 for a custom third party api!!

    @Jeremyjf94 Yes not quite sure what the business model is and the benefit to MJ only supplying API indirectly
    But understanding the financing and motives of companies seeking investment is difficult, as consumers only see a part of the picture

    @sussex you'd think with all the venture capital funds they would be seeking to optimize growth in any way possible
